Beloved husband of Lorraine, loving dad of Martin and Keith,
will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral service to be held on Thursday 22nd January at
Chanterlands Crematorium Small Chapel at 2.pm.

No flowers by request please,
however donations may be left at the service to
Jerry Green Gog Rescue.
